Local band opens for U2
It was the hottest ticket in town Saturday night. Fans have waited almost a full year for this evening - the U2 concert at Invesco Field at Mile High. Saturday is even more special for a local band gone big. The Fray opened for U2. The Fray are four friends from Denver who broke big in 2005 with their debut album, ” How to Save a Life,” which went double platinum. They have been making hits every since while still calling Denver home (….)
