The Fray, Dierks Bentley, Mark O’Connor and Girl Talk will be among the bands and artists for a new, multi-venue music festival in Fort Smith. The Festival on the Border will feature Bentley Sept. 9 at Harry E. Kelley Park, and The Fray and Girl Talk will play Sept. 10 at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith’s campus green area, said John McIntosh, an executive producer for the festival (….)
